Across recent scans (used for this rating): 88.5 views/day from 69 on-topic videos.
Latest scan (for context): 76.1 views/day from 43 on-topic videos.
Why can these differ? The rating uses videos found across several scans. The latest scan is just one sample. The two samples can contain different videos, so a lower latest value alone does not prove demand has fallen. Each number is the middle value of the videos' average views per day since publication, measured when we saw them. Neither means views gained today.
These checks use the same pooled videos as the demand figure. Recent pool: 88 distinct videos across 7 collection dates (2026-10-19 to 2026-10-25). Earlier pool: 69 videos across 5 dates (2026-10-11 to 2026-10-17). Each needs at least four dates. Views/day is each video's average since publication when we observed it, not the views it gained this week.
Each row is one check used to choose BUILD, TEST, HOLD, or DROP. “Today” is what we found. “Needed” is the line it had to reach. Green means it passed. Red means it missed. Demand rank compares this keyword with the others in the same video format; 100 is highest. Checks without the top video make sure one hit video is not carrying the whole result.

Demand is the median average views/day since publication across distinct on-topic videos in this keyword's recent pool of UTC observation dates 0-6. Each video uses its latest observation in that pool. The on-topic share and channel spread beside it describe the same pool. Supply is estimated from this run's search samples, not the pooled videos and not an exact count: the API estimate is scaled by the on-topic share observed in the same format. It is shown as rough context only and never changes the rank or verdict. Supply movement applies that identical relevance rule to both recent and comparison cohorts but is also descriptive only. Relative demand rank orders the eligible keywords within its own format: a Short is scored against other Shorts, never against long form, because the two sit orders of magnitude apart on views per day. Rank is descriptive, not a mark out of 100; absolute demand, sample, peer, channel-spread and stability gates control the verdict. The verdict is a content-production call for today, not a recommendation to remove the keyword from the locked evidence panel. Keywords whose results were mostly off-topic are excluded rather than scored.

pmos high protein breakfastToday's evidence does not support starting a content test. Why this rating?Full explanation: its on-topic videos take a median 36 views/day, under the 50 floor even for a low-cost Test call Across recent scans (used for this rating): 36.2 views/day from 14 on-topic videos. Recent pool: 27 distinct videos across 7 collection dates (2026-10-19 to 2026-10-25). Earlier pool: 28 videos across 5 dates (2026-10-11 to 2026-10-17).

15 keyword/format row(s) could not be ranked. They are omitted from the table rather than shown with a guessed score.
Changes compare two pools of recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 and 8-14. Each needs at least four collection dates. Views/day is an average since publication at each video's observation time, not views gained in either week. Headline alerts need complete evidence, enough on-topic videos and enough channel spread on both sides. Each pool needs at least 15 relevant videos. Alerts show samples that at least doubled or halved. This is a quieter notification policy, not a statistical boundary between real change and sampling variation.
The sample's median fell from 46.9 to 13.9 views a day (70% down), averaged since each video was published. This compares the two collected samples, not views gained this week. Comparison: pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14.
No change with enough evidence reached the headline alert thresholds (at least doubled or at least halved).
These changes were measured, but one or both samples are too limited for a headline alert. They do not tell you to start or stop making videos.
The sample's median fell from 16.2 to 4.9 views a day (70% down), averaged since each video was published. This compares the two collected samples, not views gained this week. Comparison: pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14. Not a headline alert: only 6 relevant videos were available; 15 are required; only 6 relevant videos were available in the baseline; 15 are required.
Highest observed videos in this run's relevant sample. Up to six per format are shown after collapsing near-identical titles and limiting any one channel to two rows. They are observations from YouTube's relevance-ranked sample, not proof of what universally "works". Every row links to its source and names the panel searches that found it. Views/day uses a one-day denominator during a video's first 24 hours, preventing a few minutes of activity from being extrapolated into an extreme daily rate.

Title words observed in relevant samples. This is a correlation, not a cause. Words and sampled median video performance are calculated separately for Shorts and long form. Nothing here shows that a word caused the views; the sample is relevance-ranked, not random. Treat these as format-specific prompts, not rules.

AI-written creative suggestions. Written against the keywords that scored highest above and screened by deterministic safety checks. Effective restatements of sampled titles are removed; close but usable concepts name their closest existing video so the creator can differentiate the execution. The evidence line under each is copied from measured data, not written by the model. Titles, thumbnails and hooks still require human editorial and factual review before publication. For Cooking, these are creative prompts, not medical advice; any health or nutrition framing must be checked by a suitably qualified human before use.
Stated up front rather than implied by omission. Every item here is a real limitation of the data behind this report.
Each keyword is searched twice against the YouTube Data API v3: once over videos published in the last 30 days, once over the block running from 90 to 60 days ago. The two windows never overlap. Statistics are requested for up to 50 videos the API returns first by relevance in each window, not the biggest by view count. Requested and returned detail counts are reconciled. Incomplete recent evidence cannot confirm a rating. Incomplete older comparison evidence removes the affected supply estimates, not complete recent demand readings or their eligibility for history. Cooking relevance treats PCOS and PMOS as equivalent discovery labels. PCOD is not searched directly, but a naturally returned PCOD food video is accepted. The exact queried meal or diet wording is descriptive only; a condition-labelled food video can be relevant across cooking lanes. YouTube's English-language search setting is a preference rather than a guarantee, so relevant non-English videos remain in the measured evidence. When a clearly non-English displayed title has a validated automated translation, its English wording is visibly marked Translated Title and the uploader's original title is available from that badge on hover or keyboard focus. Translation is display-only and never changes relevance, metrics, ranking, history, or title-word observations. An English title still cannot prove that the spoken audio is English. Each sample is then split by recorded runtime: three minutes or less enters the short-form cohort, and over three minutes enters the long-form cohort. The split is done on the same data, not by a second search. Demand pools the recent-search observations from UTC dates 0-6 back. The comparison pool uses UTC dates 8-14 back, with day 7 left out. Neither pool uses the 60-90 day publication-age supply searches. Each pool needs at least four complete collection dates. A repeated video counts once per keyword and format, using its latest obtained observation inside that pool. Its views/day is an average since publication measured at that observation time, with a one-day minimum age. No recency weighting is applied. A video can appear in both pools with different observations; later counts never update the earlier pool. Sample size, relevance, channel spread and checks without the top video all use the same pooled cohort. Supply estimates and the featured video/title sections still describe this run's collections, not the pools. A small sample may have a demand figure but no rank. Only samples meeting the configured on-topic video minimum enter the ranking; a small measured sample does not push other topics down. Missing details are checked conservatively when they could change which topics qualify. Supply is estimated from the API's approximate totalResults, scaled by the relevant share observed in that format. Supply and supply movement are rough descriptive context only; neither changes rank or verdict. Relative demand rank is the percentile of sampled median views/day, calculated separately within each length. It orders today's eligible panel rows and is not an absolute score or a market-size estimate. For short-form (20 eligible rows), the lowest eligible median is rank 0 and the highest is rank 100, with ties sharing a rank. For long-form (5 eligible rows), the lowest eligible median is rank 0 and the highest is rank 100, with ties sharing a rank. Every positive verdict additionally requires configured absolute demand, sample, peer and channel-spread gates and must survive removal of its highest-performing video; Build uses the higher demand floor and top-quartile stability. BUILD, TEST and HOLD transitions normally require the same gate direction on two consecutive accepted UTC-date observations; failed dates are skipped, gaps over three days restart confirmation, and the latest accepted run represents each date. DROP requires two consecutive qualifying observations on different UTC dates, no more than three calendar days apart. Both must meet the sample and channel-spread checks on both sides of their comparison. The first fall is marked DROP pending; it never becomes DROP just because there is no earlier result. A prior BUILD can still be withdrawn immediately when headline demand falls below the Test floor. A miss of the Build floor together with a rank below 75 waits for the normal two-observation BUILD withdrawal confirmation. Demand momentum divides the recent pool's median by the earlier pool's median. Missing pool coverage is unavailable, never a zero or a daily fallback. This report's accepted rating history spans 57 day(s) across 57 accepted completed observation(s). This run attempted 40 Search Queries call(s) from that separate bucket and 40 unit(s) from the general API bucket.
2 Build-qualified keyword/format rows (1 in short-form, 1 in long-form), 6 to drop.
Other topics are ready. The topics listed below need more collection dates; this does not reset their neighbours' history.
These are earliest dates, assuming daily scans finish and enough relevant videos are found. A confirmed rating also needs two matching qualifying observations. Missing dates can move these estimates back.
Sampled attention ranks in the top quartile of the tracked format (3,793 median views/day across 68 on-topic videos); the Build call survives removal of the top video.

Across recent scans (used for this rating): 3,793.5 views/day from 68 on-topic videos.
Latest scan (for context): 4,599.0 views/day from 41 on-topic videos.
Recent pool: 77 distinct videos across 7 collection dates (2026-10-19 to 2026-10-25). Earlier pool: 85 videos across 5 dates (2026-10-11 to 2026-10-17).

Thomas SankaraStrong demand, even without the top video. Why this rating?Full explanation: sampled attention ranks in the top quartile of the tracked format (67 median views/day across 29 on-topic videos); the Build call survives removal of the top video Across recent scans (used for this rating): 66.6 views/day from 29 on-topic videos. Recent pool: 30 distinct videos across 7 collection dates (2026-10-19 to 2026-10-25). Earlier pool: 24 videos across 5 dates (2026-10-11 to 2026-10-17).

Demand rank compares this keyword with the others in the same video format; 100 is highest. Checks without the top video make sure one hit video is not carrying the whole result.

The sample's median rose from 18.1 to 55.2 views a day (205% up), averaged since each video was published. This compares the two collected samples, not views gained this week. Comparison: pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14.
The sample's median fell from 25.8 to 10.3 views a day (60% down), averaged since each video was published. This compares the two collected samples, not views gained this week. Comparison: pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14.

These changes were measured, but one or both samples are too limited for a headline alert. They do not tell you to start or stop making videos.
The sample's median fell from 2,043.4 to 48.8 views a day (98% down), averaged since each video was published. This compares the two collected samples, not views gained this week. DROP confirmed: two consecutive usable reports on different UTC dates each showed demand at least 20% below their own earlier reading. Today: sampled demand down 98% pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14 Not a headline alert: only 13 relevant videos were available in the baseline; 15 are required.
The sample's median fell from 523.0 to 6.5 views a day (99% down), averaged since each video was published. This compares the two collected samples, not views gained this week. Comparison: pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14. DROP confirmed: two consecutive usable reports on different UTC dates each showed demand at least 20% below their own earlier reading. Today: sampled demand down 99% pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14 Not a headline alert: only 9 relevant videos were available; 15 are required; only 11 relevant videos were available in the baseline; 15 are required.

Comparison: pooled recent-search observations: UTC days 0-6 vs 8-14. Not a headline alert: only 9 relevant videos were available; 15 are required; only 8 relevant videos were available in the baseline; 15 are required.

History relevance uses an identity-aware deterministic classifier over the title and creator-supplied description. It requires evidence about Black people, communities, a roster subject, or a selected historical event; creator descriptions may recover a title subject only when that subject continues into the description. Release validation reports retrieved-sample precision and recall: only human-labelled videos that these searches returned, with near-duplicate stories kept in one split. It cannot measure relevant videos YouTube search never returned. For short-form (14 eligible rows), the lowest eligible median is rank 0 and the highest is rank 100, with ties sharing a rank. For long-form (18 eligible rows), the lowest eligible median is rank 0 and the highest is rank 100, with ties sharing a rank. This run attempted 36 Search Queries call(s) from that separate bucket and 36 unit(s) from the general API bucket.
